my old computer chashed, so new one Win 11 64bit, radio Ic-7300, JTDX v2.1.2.159. All the incoming calls show time is off by 3 + sec, I don't believe all calls on every frequency could be off.

The timse synchronisation by Windows is rather sporadic. I found this www.timesynctool.com/ It runs at startup and no problem.

You can change the update time on windows. It's a registry entry and it's set for somethin like every two weeks in SECONDS. You can change that number to 600 seconds for every 10 minutes or whatever you wish. You might also consider changing the default NTP server too.
The registry entry for the polling interval is: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient\SpecialPollInterval
As always: BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN CHANGING A REGISTRY ENTRY!!! If you don't know how, don't do it.
You can change the NTP server via the GUI.
