Is there any way to save a radio configuration? I run three different radio setup's through the day. I would like to save my configurations like I do in WSJT-X using the configurations tab. Is there a way to do this in JTDX? Thanks...

I use a raspberry pi if you use -r radioname it will do the same as the configurations menu (This was how wsjt-x did it before the menu). I use it to distinguish between my callsign and my wifes callsign and it keeps our logs separate. I have a shortcut that has
./jtdx -r g7oed
for my callsign and we have another shortcut that has
./jtdx -r m0lmr
you could substitute callsign for radio name ie ./jtdx -r ft-817 ./jtdx -r ic-7100 ./jtdx -r ic-9100 But each radio config does not share logbook, not sure if you can setup symlinks and never tried as I do not wish to share logbooks.
The principle is the same in windows I used to use C:\JTDX\JTDX\bin\jtdx.exe --rig-name=m0lmr In the target box in the shortcut properties I found that --rig-name=m0lmr works just the same if I used the shorter version -r m0lmr

Hi Richard, thanks for the reply. This won't work for me as I want to use the same logbook. Also, I'm not sure how this would work with DXLab. I don't specify a radio, just Audio settings, for the three different radios. DXLab configures the rest.

Hi Jeff.
You can definitely setup symbolic links for the wsjtx_log.adi file. Keep one as the real one and the other two can be symlinks.
For JTDX setup: I use a multicast IP in the reporting tab such as 224.0.0.1 and leave the port as 2237.
You need to use one of three programs to get the QSO to DXKeeper: JTalerts, Spot Collector or GridTracker.
Any of the three will log the QSO to DXKeeper Automatically as well as upload to LoTW and other online logs.

Hi Jeff,
I am using a different approach - I am using a batch file to configure my Kenwood via com port for digital mode, filters etc. Start JTDX, if finished, I revert the Kenwood back to SSB and set the filter, AGC etc. as before. All those settings are beyond the configuration settings of JTDX.
A lot of 'fine tuning' is possible. 'sleep' command to delay and not to overrun my Kenwood. 'hidewindow-x64' to hide the black cmd window etc.
In the middle of my huge batch file, there is something like that:
REM copy an existing .ini file to start JTDX copy /Y c:\Users\wkm\AppData\Local\JTDX\JTDX-990.ini c:\Users\wkm\AppData\Local\JTDX\JTDX.ini REM start JTDX and wait with the batch file until finished start "" /wait "F:\JTDX.2\bin\jtdx.exe" REM JTDX has finished, save the JTDX.ini file copy /Y c:\Users\wkm\AppData\Local\JTDX\JTDX.ini c:\Users\wkm\AppData\Local\JTDX\JTDX-990.ini
I have several of such batch files, using pre-stored JTDX-xxx.ini for different rigs. Once set up, I call them accordingly via my batch files.
