Hi, I have been running JTDX for a couple of years at my home station with no issues. I am now in the Southern U?S for the winter months and thought I would try FT8 from the RV. I have the QRPGUYS 5 watt transceiver with a Dell i7 Laptop running JTDX. The audio path to from the rig is a Ugreen USB to audio adapter. Receive works very well, VK coming in at -12 on a 20m EFHW. Transmit is a different story! I routed the Transmit audio to the laptop speakers, and although it is there it does not start until approximately 7.5 seconds after the Tx cycle begins. This applies to Tx or TUNE and happens regardless of mode selected. The system clock is accurate to within a few ms.
As the QRPGUYS rig is not listed in the Radio section I have selected none as the rig. I am sure the issue is a simple mis-configuration by me, I just don't know what.
Any ideas? 73 Barry

Barry,
as you said, you have set 'rig' to none, I wonder how you PTT your rig ? What signal supposed to activate your TX signal ?
If you are using VOX on your TRX, this means you have to set the VOX sensivity accordingly, there is nothing JTDX can do in such case.
