Greetings.
I do have all possible notifications set to "instant" execept three that are __NOT__ changeable by user": - New Thread - New Post - Mass Email
From my point of view, first two should be available for regular user, not only for Moderators/Admins, whereas the last one not necessarily. I believe that these setting can be changed/modified by Administrators.

Hi Tom, I believe free variant of forum does not allow mass email messages. In general sending email by created new post or thread can go to mass messaging, thats way those options are disabled. From my point of view it is good so to.

Greetings. Your message duly noted - thank you. After I created this particular "New Thread" I did not received _ANY_ notification by e-mail. From The Other Hand, upon your response I received such notification. As a very fresh example when WB8YJF created "New Thread" on Jun 28th at 16:53UTC "F/H tx frequency shifting when answering FOX station" I received relevant notification. Notifications on few responses to his thread were also sent by e-mail to me. About my New Thread I wasn't notified at all but about WB8YJF's New Thread I was notified! To this difference I referr to. Well, FreeForums.net hosted on www.proboards.com and being Free Of Charge utility have it's limitiations in comparison to some other paid (one way or another!) forums.

Hello Mr Arvo.
Good question, indeed. But why not???
I assumed that I'm as any other forum user treated the same way by Forum soft.
If not - no big deal. Just been curious, nothing more.
