I'm new to JTDX, running 2.2.159.32A-win64 on a Win10 box talking to a QRP-Labs QDX transceiver. Everything works great with WSJT-X and JS8Call. I can decode signals just fine, but transmit stops after 3 seconds - calling CQ, responding to a CQ, and tuning. The tune time-out is set to 20 seconds. The ouput power is the same as WSJT-X for the 3 seconds, then drops to zero.
I have no idea where to look to fix this. Thanks for any help. Don

Don, please check 'File' 'Settings' 'Radio' and look for 'Poll Intervall' As far as I remember (my QDX built, checked ... now resting on the shelf) can be overrun with poll. The poll interval is not critical and actually unnecessary, because it will check and set the frequency of the rig ( = QDX) in the given periodes.
Increse this to 3 seconds, will be more than sufficient. There is no big knob on the QDX to fiddle with the frequency ;-)
Btw. did you try to use Ferrite clamps on your cables of the QDX ?

If You enable debug messages to ALL file you should see reason of ending Tx. I believe it can be related to polling and reason is in hamlib. Try to use newer hamlib (replace dll). Hamlib used in build of 2.2.159 had many problems fixed afterwards.

Thanks! I increased the polling to 4 and the TX time went up to 7 seconds. I up'd it to 7 and just completed a QSO. Where is the debug setting? I haven't found it yet.
