Ciao, da quando ho installato JTDX non ascolto più l'altoparlante del computer. Vorrei ascoltare il segnale di inizio QSO, come posso risolvere? Windows11

Salvo, it9hlr First of all - in this forum we use the english language only - if you are not able to write in english - use deepl.com to translate To hear your transmission is a setting in your Windows / Linux / Mac and cannot be set in the JTDX. In addition, you should - never ever - use the internal sound card, because then all your system sounds (like ding-dong etc.) can also be heard in your transmission.

HI,
Since I installed JTDX I no longer listen to the computer speaker. I would like to listen to the QSO start signal, how can I solve this?
Windows 11 FTdx3000 73,Salvo, it9hlr
P.S. Sorry!

Hi, What You mean by “QSO start signal”? In general jtdx generates only simple beep signal, when to generate, is selected in Settings/Notifications, but there no “QSO start”. Additionally beep is generated, when something matches in wanted lists. This beep can’t be disabled by option. How Win11 implements this beep should be checked in Your computer sound settings.

Hi Arvo, I have done all the possible checks, but I have no acoustic signal. I don't know what other tests to do anymore. I can't listen to music on my computer and this happened after installing JTDX.

I can't listen to music on my computer and this happened after installing JTDX. Win+R key and enter mmsys.cpl + enter and look what a.) is default and b.) what settings you have Look at the 'property' (or whatever that is in your italian setup). There you can 'monitor'.
And once more again, all this is not JTDX related, it's what you have in the sound settings of your Windows. (mmsys.cpl)

Hi, thanks for the information, but in my system I don't have the name of the radio, in my case FT3000 and I don't know what to do.

Disconnect FT3000 from computer, restart windows, set your default sound to speakers and verify all your normal sound is working. Now connect FT3000 and look what additional soundcard is created. Your default sound settings should remain. Now launch JTDX and select newly generated FT3000 sound card for use in Settings/Audio.
