Had been asked about the function of the 'Sync' button, could not precisely answer, because the description on sourceforge.net says:
"It is one time execution, next one shall be triggered again by mouse’s button, if needed."Am I right, if I assume - for example, PC time is off by 2 seconds, I press the 'Sync' button.
At the end of the decoding cycle, only JTDX internal time setting is adjusted to an mean median
of the decoded time signals ?
Will JTDX keep that time-synced status until JTDX is terminated, or what does the 'next one' mean ?

Hi Wolfgang,
Yes, and JTDX will keep the internal time offset to system time until next possible user's attempt to Sync, while system time can drift with HW clock.
There is scenario you missed, if there is no signals decoded JTDX will use minimum power value in incoming audio stream to find beginning of interval.
Also there can be scenario where band is empty and user pushing Sync button, there will be random position of minimal power in each interval due to random noise, resulting in incorrect JTDX internal time offset. We will check if we can handle the scenario in JTDX 160.
