Hello
An observation after installation of v.2.2.159, 64 bit version, after restarting the program, the power slider bar resets to the minimum position intermittently.
Furthermore; at the apparent minimum position it is actually at FULL power, noted by high ALC readings!
Requires to be manually calibrated on most new sessions to reset correct audio TX level.
Also, the blue colour in the slider is intermittent, not always appearing.
(This original post has now been up for over a day, anyone else experiencing this “bug”?)

Hi Igor
Thanks, my configuration is running Ham Radio Deluxe v6.7.0.39, Silicon Labs CP2105 drivers etc USB, Yaesu FTDX-10, Windows 11 Pro.
It is intermittent, and not too much of an issue if I keep an eye on it. It was OK on the earlier version.
Very much enjoy using JTDX, with the amazing depth of decoding.

Seeing same here made post in Installation/Configuration section of forum. "With several of the latest version when software is first opened the power slider is at minimum but the actual power out is max. I did try the remember power setting for transmit but this did not change the power slider setting at start up. This really present a problem if driving a amp before realizing this situation. This has not always been this way. This seems to start with 159.rc2 159.rc1 does not do this. I confirmed these results with actual versions. Is there anything I can do to change this?" Thanks 73 Morris WA4MIT

Hi all,
Could you try to activate 'Monitor returns to last used frequency' option in General tab of Configuration settings, please, to check if it can be used as temporary workaround to this issue.

Hopefully I was able to fix issue. At least here it is working when Monitor returns to last used frequency is disabled now.

The “monitor returns to last used frequency” selection, has resolved the reported behaviour. Thanks.

Checking the "monitor returns to last frequency" selection seems to fix the power slider behavior in fact it moves the power slider when the OK button is clicked after selection and returns to normal after program is restarted. Thanks 73 Morris WA4MIT
